The Characteristics of PVC Multi Cores Flexible Cable

Application:
PVC Multi Cores Flexible Cables are especially designed for use with high reversed bending stress as for example in production lines, high rack storage areas or pacing machines. They show a very good durability with very small bending radius.
Multi-Core Flexible Cable Standard:
The product implement the standards GB/T5023, equivalent to IEC60 227. And it can also be made complying with ASTM, DIN, BS standards etc. In addition, we can design and manufacture the products as t he requirements of customers.
PVC Flexible Cable Structure:
1.Suitable to be installed in electrical power transmission and disteribution lines rated voltage 450/750V.

PVC Flexible Cable Working conditions:
1.This maximum working temperature of the conductor is 70C.
2 .During having a short (lasting less than 5 seconds) the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not be above 160oC.
3. Environment temperature should be no lower than 0oC for laying the cable.
4. Bending radius allowance of the cable.
PVC Flexible Cable Construction:
High conductivity bunched copper conductors, insulated and colour coded with a general purpose flexible grade PVC.
The cores are then twisted together for maximum flexibility and sheathed with soft flexible grade PVC in a circular configuration..
